Greetings and welcome to the Georgia Institute of Technology Division of Professional Practice Work Abroad Program Web site.
Georgia Tech is pursuing a long-term strategic initiative, the International Plan, to strengthen its international programs, and the Division of Professional Practice was happy to contribute to that initiative by establishing the Work Abroad Program in the Fall of 2005.
If you are a student enrolled in the International Plan or have an interest in participating in our Work Abroad Program , you will find helpful information on this site. The Work Abroad Program includes co-op, internship, graduate, and undergraduate work experiences. These international work opportunities are designed for the ultimate immersive experience to include practical training, cross-cultural exposure and learning, and acquisition of the softer skills that will set you apart from others. Opportunities are available during summer, fall, and/or spring semesters.
Current and potential employers can find out what is required to recruit our highly-qualified students, as well as what additional services we offer to assist you in meeting your workforce and training needs. The Work Abroad Program will allow you to remain on the cutting-edge of your industry by having access to a resource for hiring some of the brightest students available, and who have the potential to become the future leaders of your company!
Thank you for taking the time to visit us. We look forward to working with you in the future.
If you have any questions, feel free to call our office at 404-385-7511 or email us at workabroad@dopp.gatech.edu.
Sincerely,

Debbie D. Gulick
