Student Performance Evaluation

The Student Performance Evaluation gives our students the opportunity to provide valuable feedback about their work assignment to the Division of Professional Practice (DoPP). At the end of each work term, download the evaluation below, complete it, then send it to DoPP no later than the beginning of your next term.
