Assignment Record
The Assignment Record gives the Division of Professional Practice (DoPP) both necessary contact information for your work location, as well as a clear understanding of the scope of your responsibilities for the current work term. At the beginning of each work term, download the appropriate Assignment Record, below, and, along with your supervisor, complete it, then send it to DoPP no later than the third week of your work term.
